Diverse breakfast buffet with health-conscious options.
The air conditioning didn’t work properly, making it hard to sleep. I asked the staff, but they were unhelpful and suggested opening a window instead. Additionally, the cleaning was subpar. the bathroom was not cleaned at all during my stay.

Had a great time with friends! The location is perfect for exploring, and we visited the local market and a nearby museum. The breakfast spread was impressive, catering to various tastes. Also, the beds were super comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep. Don't miss the spa facilities next time.
The only downside was the check-in experience. it was a bit slow even when we arrived on time.

Excellent Service and Central Location!
I had an amazing stay, especially with the incredibly helpful staff who checked me in early and accommodated my unique requests. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of healthy and delicious options, perfectly fresh and well-prepared. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring all that the city has to offer. However, the location means that the drop-off point for cabs is not directly at the hotel entrance, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Highly recommend for solo travelers
The staff was polite and filled with hospitality, ready to assist with anything we needed. The delicious elderflower water in the lobby was such a refreshing touch after a long day of exploring.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly , but still acceptable.

missingWrote a review on Jun 18helpful staffstylish roomslimited breakfast optionsservice delayssmall gym
The friendly reception staff went out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience particularly pleasant. Comfortable and stylish rooms ensured a restful stay. However, the breakfast lacked variety and could have benefited from more yogurt options. The cozy lobby and great espresso were nice touches, yet, there were occasional delays in service during peak times that impacted the overall dining experience.

missingWrote a review on Jun 15central locationfresh breakfastinconvenient cab drop-offslow check-inair conditioning issues
The excellent location allows easy access to nearby landmarks and a plethora of dining options, yet the cab drop-off is inconvenient due to pedestrian street restrictions. Rooms are clean and feature high-quality amenities, while the breakfast selection includes fresh, locally-sourced items which stood out. However, the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature and the check-in process felt slower than expected. While service staff demonstrated friendliness and willingness to assist, some aspects could benefit from further efficiency.

great design , but minor issues
The hotel features a wonderful design that's modern yet reminiscent of classic styles. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety, ensuring I was well-fed for the day. The gym and spa facilities were outstanding, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment to unwind after exploring. The room I stayed in was a junior suite with a stunning city view that added to the overall experience.
Some aspects of service during peak times could be improved.
